2012 CTS Luxury I had been looking for a 2012 - 2013 Cadillac CTS. My wife wanted a Red one with a black interior, and they weren't easy to find because most of them I had been looking for a 2012 - 2013 Cadillac CTS. My wife wanted a Red one with a black interior, and they weren't easy to find because most of them had the Tan interior (which I would have preferred ;-), but the car was for her) I was also looking for a fair price on one with the Luxury Trim level. I found it one morning on Cars.com at Sheboygan Chevrolet & Cadillac. I entered the form to email the dealer and inform them that I was interested. I was surprised when I got a return call within minutes. I began dealing with the Internet Rep, Sharon Zielke. She made the process painless. She referred me to Greg Place in sales, and was there for any questions/concerns I had. Within days I drove to Sheboygan from Chicagos western burbs and closed the deal. Ms Zielke had to guide us in to the dealer because my GPS had lied. And Mr Place had another commitment that day and so we were assisted by Mr. Bob Herzog. It was a pleasant experience, and I would definetly go to Sheboygan again, though the drive back and forth made it a long day. More

Amazing, fun, painless, and made my dream come true!!!! :) I was put in a really, really, REALLY rough situation. I'm a single mom of 3 boys and currently unable to work due to disability. The vehicle I had, a mini van, was constantly having problems and I was doing nothing but sticking more and more money in it. On a whim, I had decided to look at Sheboygan Chevy online and found a couple vehicles I liked. While driving from Falls to the south side, the brakes on my van locked up all of a sudden and literally caught fire!!!!! :( They knew I was coming in for an appraisal on my van, so I had to call them to tell them I was stranded on the side of the road, and what did they do? Joe Cardarelle came himself and gave me a ride home! Now that there was going above and beyond what they had to do. The next day I picked up my van and drove it the rest of the way to the dealership, where I met Jerry Slavens, and he made me feel so incredibly relaxed and at home. He took away all of my anxiety, he made me comfortable, and he even got me to laugh and joke despite the stressful situation I was in! There were 3 different vehicles I was interested in, and Jerry and Joe helped me to test drive a couple that I liked and then helped me with the financing process to not only get me one of those vehicles that I fell in love with, but to get me in one that very same day!!!! I hit a few hiccups along the way that Saturday, to the point that the guys ended up being there after the dealership closed. But they never complained about it once, and had smiles on their faces the whole entire time! I left the lot that day with a 2006 Jeep Laredo, a new reliable vehicle that I can now get my boys to their doctor appointments in and even take them to the drive in with this summer! I can't express enough how amazing these two men were and how much they worked their butts off to get me the vehicle I not only wanted, but NEEDED!!!! As an added bonus, every time I walked into those buildings, I was greeted by a sales person with a smile and asked how they could help me. I couldn't ask for a better stress-free, hassle-free environment if I created it myself! LOL! Sheboygan Chevrolet/Chrysler now has a customer for life!!!!! Thank you Jerry!!!!!! More
