Wonderful service both from internet sales as well as sales I started my purchase via talking with Sharon in internet sales to get details on the vehicles I was interested in. She was able to give me all the information I asked for including first details on the car fax I asked for. I communicated via Chat/email and then via a phone call. I was able to arrange an appointment to come see the vehicles I was interested in. Sharon was very helpful and was a big factor on me making the appointment. Christian was the sales rep that greeted me when I arrived at the dealer. Like Sharon very friendly and very helpful. Sharon did come out to meet me as well. They were always willing to get me the information that was needed. I never felt pressured as you do at other dealerships. Again was able to get Carfax details and test drove a vehicle. We wanted to make sure the model would work for our family and was able to take the vehicle home overnight for the test so the whole family could ride in it to make sure it would truly fit our needs. Another big factor on us being able to determine if this was the vehicle for us. I did have a couple items on the vehicle I wanted to get fixed after I test drove it and they did so with no questions asked. Always very helpful and not high pressure. A very smooth purchase. Both Sharon and Christian we very helpful and friendly. The price on the Traverse we purchased was right where blue book was on it. They gave us a fair value for our trade in as well. With that and the few minor repairs I asked for to the vehicle I think the price was great. So from the start to the finish it was a very smooth and pleasant process. Thanks Sharon and Christian! My wife and I appreciated the fact he treated us like normal people and not another sale. Their level of customer service was overwhelming - in a good way. The only hiccup we had was with our paperwork. We are from out of state and the title application was incorrect when we sat down with our banker to finalize our loan. However, with one phone call everything was corrected. We would definitely work with them again in the future. More

Told Frank Bittner take me off contact list twice so far. I was not happy at all with the service at Sheboygan Chevrolet. I bought 2 cars in the past from this dealership and came in to inquire about possibly I was not happy at all with the service at Sheboygan Chevrolet. I bought 2 cars in the past from this dealership and came in to inquire about possibly leasing another. I start out on the lot looking at cars and Frank Bittner comes out to see if I need help. Told him I was looking into possible lease option and needed a little more information. He led me into the building and we talked at his desk for a while. Seemed to give me some information I was looking for. He did fine on his own for the most part, then he decided to get up and get what I am assuming is his manager (Steve Romanoski). Steve comes over, shakes my hand and ask's me if I have any more questions. Honestly Frank seemed to answer my questions already so I am not sure why he needed a second guy in the mix as we were not at a purchase point yet. When I said I had no more questions it just felt extremely weird, as if it was time for me to leave. So I left. The 2 person sales tactic doesn't work for me. Feel's like I am being pushed. What was more uncomfortable was that Steve had absolutely nothing to add, just an uncomfortable feeling. Told Frank about how I felt and to take me off his contact list. I also told him I purchased a Toyota Camry and would have no need to buy another car for quite some time now. He replied to my email and after another exchange of words I again stated that I wanted to be taken off his contact list. Got another email today. 3 days and 3 email from him. This Frank Bittner is fast becoming a stalker. More
