Harassing non-stop calls and emails 1 month ago I had been searching online and found a site that offers "Price Promise" and in order to get the pricing I of course had to submit my info 1 month ago I had been searching online and found a site that offers "Price Promise" and in order to get the pricing I of course had to submit my info. I ended up getting multiple calls and emails from various dealerships when I was expecting just emails with pricing. In any event I started screening my calls and most dealers called maybe once or twice and left it that. A woman by the name of Sharon has called me at least 16 times in the last month as well as sent numerous emails. This behavior is almost harrassing. We have never spoken and I do not intend to. The shame of it is it would've been nice to purchase from this dealership considering all of the good reviews, but when we are ready to purchase a vehicle we most definitely will not be going here. I'm not sure if that's the dealerships way of doing business or this woman's way of doing business but a word to the wise do not keep calling potential customers over and over and over. If someone wants to be contacted they will return your call after the 1st or 2nd message. More

John starts out with an in-depth talk about what is necessary/important for the customer. Ease of in/out was a priority of mine and I needed go back to an SUV. Because I research everything online, I had several vehicles already in mind. Patient John brought vehicles to the front for me to climb in and out of and take a test drive. We were able to rule out one or two choices without trying them because of John's knowledge of vehicle styles and what they had available on their lot. We settled on a red Equinox, deal made and paperwork started. On closing day, had the pleasure of working with Leah Wiegand. I was not happy with the interest rate quoted, so Leah patiently checked for others while I sat there chatting with her. Voila! A better rate was secured. All paperwork explained in depth, all questions answered, sign on the dotted line(s) and away I went in beautifully detailed, nicely scented Equinox. I know dealerships depend heavily on repeat customers. Well, this was my second time and I wouldn't hesitate to go back a third time, same place, and hopefully same sales person. More

Excellent My husband and I arrived late on a Saturday afternoon wanting to look at a couple different models and go for a test drive. The staff in general was v My husband and I arrived late on a Saturday afternoon wanting to look at a couple different models and go for a test drive. The staff in general was very friendly and helpful even though it was close to closing time. Greg Place immediately pulled one of the vehicles we had requested up to the front door and showed us the features of this model and offered to plate it for a drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and very friendly and accommodating. We liked the car very much so he offered to have our car examined for trade in value. The sales manager got right to it and then he and Greg put their heads together to come up with an offer to present to us. We came into the dealership in a shopping around mode and left with an amazing sales agreement, signed and financing, seal coating and detailing to all be done by Monday at noon. Several guys stayed past closing to make the deal, all with a smiling attitude. And we are delighted with our delux Chevy Traverse. The welcome on Monday was equally cheerful and friendly from the whole staff and Greg did a very detailed and helpful explanation of the complicated bells and whistles in familiarizing us with the car. He took his time and did a very pleasant presentation even though he had missed his lunch and was due to leave for the Packers Monday night home game. We recommend the dealership very highly. More
