Cliff took care of not only the CRV but us as well the day of the accident, he arranged for a rental car, transportation to pick up the rental car, and stayed late to allow us to transfer our belonging from our car to the rental. The repairs to the CRV including a new roof clip were top notch. We have had the CRV back for two weeks and it has already been on one road trip and NO issues at all with repairs...as good or better than when new. We found that we needed to purchase a l Very seldom (now) do my wife and I purchase vehicles, although many years ago we did purchase newer vehicles. We found that we needed to purchase a larger vehicle and had looked at several crossovers and SUV's at dealerships in SE WI, many of which were high pressure sales cookers with not to great of vehicles. While in NE WI, I picked up one of those free car advertisers and found that Sheboygan GM had a Traverse we were interested in. Upon going online and reviewing the stock, we found a 2009 Traverse that fit our needs. I sent an inquiry and the very next morning received a call from Crissy Ziegler who guided us on what the next steps were. We drove 1.5 hours from our home to Sheboygan to look at the vehicle. We were pleasantly greeted at the front door by Frank Bittner. Frank reviewed the Traverse we were looking at which turned out to be FWD when we wanted AWD. We were somewhat discouraged that I did not read the ad closer, Frank Bittner assured us that they had multiple vehicles in stock that we would like and be within our budget - all with absolutely no obligation or pressure to purchase. This held true and the dealership had several 2009 models in stock. The one Frank showed us was perfect, my wife loved it (she drove it - I didn't have to when I observed her reaction). Throughout the entire process Frank explained the dealerships sales philosophy with no negotiation pricing. I wasn't used to this from previous experiences at other SE WI dealerships over the years. Then came the trade which I was leary about (previous experiences were unpleasant with negotiating over a trade price). Mike Wier evaluated our trade and was very straight forward with us with the pricing, which I was very pleased with. We were then provided an estimate sheet of finance terms and monthly payment amounts. Although a bit higher than we wanted to pay, we really liked the Traverse and it would fit into our budget. We then went to the finance department and spoke with Steve O'Brien, an individual that I found out had known me for many years (he will have to tell you the story - he didn't hold it against me though)! Steve made the business end seemless and was very pleasant to work with as well. To say this was the most pleasant purchase of a vehicle would be an understatement. I have already shared my story with co-workers and some friends. With this philosophy, I will be back at this dealership again for any future vehicle purchases. A 1.5 hour ride is a small price to pay for such great professional people with a dealership that clearly focuses on customer satisfaction. Thank you all! More
