A Completely Satisfied Customer I bought a new Cheverolet Impala LT in June of 2006. I was roaming the lot to find my next new car and I was waiting for awhile in the lot and past by I bought a new Cheverolet Impala LT in June of 2006. Very happy with my new vehicle!!! I was in need of a vehicle after a rollover accident and had been looking at and researching different makes & models for awhile. Steve Dewey at Sheboygan Chevrolet was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I thought, what the xxxx, I'll contact him & see what happens. I'm so glad I did! Steve was great throughout the entire process. I test drove several different vehicles and fell in love with a gorgeous black Buick Enclave. After researching it and many other domestic vehicles, I came to the conclusion that I wanted to go with a Honda or a Toyota due to their fantastic consumer ratings. I contacted Steve and, with a heavy heart, told him I wasn't taking the Enclave due to poor consumer reviews and was interested in looking for an import. Steve contacted me shortly thereafter and told me he had found a black 2008 Honda Odyssey and asked if I'd like to see it. Buying a vehicle is an extra challenge for me because I have to make sure my grandpa, my dad AND my husband are all happy with my choice. My grandpa wanted something with less than 100,000 miles. My dad wanted something with great gas mileage. My husband wanted something that fit our budget. And I needed something large enough to fit all my inventory when I do vintage & antique shows for my side business, Cherry Delight Vintage, plus I like luxury. I never saw myself actually owning a minivan, but I gotta say, the Odyssey is pretty sweet and it meets all my requirements. Steve even let me take it home overnight before I made my final decision. Loved the car but wanted a certain color (interior/exterior). To say the least, the car that I thought I had was sold before I could pick it up and sign the papers. Knowing how unhappy I was, Shakira, went above and beyond to get me an affordable upgrade in the exact colors I wanted! An almost terrible experience went from sub par to fantastic because she took the time to provide excellent customer service! I have now had my Malibu for a week and love driving it! More
