I complained to the General Manager John Berger and was assigned Sales Manager Dennis Erdly, who treated me with respect, ordered the vehicle I wanted, and did his best to get me a good deal. Was then assigned to Sales Person Shakira Wery to close the deal. She was kind but could not answer simple questions about the vehicle and did not listen to me well. In the end, I got the vehicle I wanted, but I felt it took too long and was a hassle to get. More
