husband & wife in heaven with new car My wife and I have been looking for a new car to update from a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado 4x4 for some time. We did some research online and look My wife and I have been looking for a new car to update from a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado 4x4 for some time. We did some research online and looked at different dealerships, but in the end we found the best deals for the price at Sheboygan Chevy. We filled out a quote online for a 2017 Chevy Traverse and Sharon Zielke contacted us right away asking us questions about our dream car. She called us back a couple of days later to tell us that she found us a couple of SUV in our price range and what we are looking for. We had an appointment to meet with her on 1-13-17 and were greeted by smiling associates. Rob Graham (like the Graham cracker) introduced himself to us and walked us to his office to get started on the process. He asked us some questions to make sure he had the same answers we gave Sharon for our perfect car, He said he had a couple of different options for us in cars and he was going to go over all the options for us. We had our heart set on a 2017 Chevy Traverse dark grey color. Within minutes he pulled the car up ready for our test drive. He spend quality time with us in the SUV telling us all the pros about the car and all its features. He took us the south side of Sheboygan for about 30 minutes for our test drive. My wife and I never had so much fun on a test drive of a car in our life. After the test drive we went back to his office and got down to business. Throughout the whole process he was friendly, cracking jokes, smiling and wanting us to walk out with a huge smile on our face and in our dream car. The best part was he never tried to up sell us for something we couldnt afford. He even stayed 45 minutes after the dealership to take our picture and watch us drive away in our dream suv. When we were in the financing office with Leah Wiegand, Rob even took all of our possessions from the Jeep and put them in our new car. Leah Wiegand in financing was great also. She knew we had a long day at the dealership with the leasing of our new car, so she made us feel comfortable and at ease in her office. She got us through all the paperwork we were about to sign and went over everything so we understood it in lamemans terms. Throughout the whole process she had a smile on our face and was happy to see how happy we are. Leah Wiegand and Rob Graham are both a great asset to Sheboygan Chevy. We both had a great experience at the dealership and are going to tell everyone about this experience.
