We eventually found a family member in Wisconsin who could supply a car, but if we hadn't, there is no question that I would have felt totally comfortable working with Alia at the dealership. After reviewing current stock within reasonable distance, we learned that the only way for me to get exactly what I wanted was to special order directly from Wentzville, MO (GM Assembly). I had heard horror stories about special orders, but Jim walked me through the process and just over a month later, my truck was on the lot (this time period is amazingly fast for ANY factory order, it just doesn't happen...) Other than some hiccups involving accessory installation and delivery prep, which were corrected when I spoke with Ms Lammers (internal issue, not involving my salesperson), my overall experience with this vehicle purchase was very positive. I look forward to working with Sheboygan Chev for the next decade for all of my service needs! More
