Great purchase experience As happens with most vehicles taken in for service, our truck did not act up for the tech. We crossed paths with Rob Graham as we were stopping in to see how repairs with the old truck were coming along. He listened to our repair story and that we have been thinking about a new truck before retirement, so now might be the time! He came to us in the service department to see how we turned out. Well, they could not find the problem. We looked at Rob and mentioned maybe it was time to buy that new truck. He asked what we were looking for and again, he listened to us! We made a decision to buy, which was really easy to do after learning from Mike Wier what our trade in was worth. We started with planning to buy the 2017 Silverado, but overnight we decided it was more truck than we really needed. The next morning I called and asked Rob to get the 2017 Colorado ready for a test drive. We took it out and loved it. There never was any pressure to buy or go back to the Silverado. Rob's knowledge of the vehicle details was awesome! Our experience, from service to sales to finance, including all people in between, was fantastic! They treat their customers right. Most fun I've had buying a car since my first 55 years ago Originally saw the XT5 online while looking for deals outside my local area. The advertised price seemed very good compared to the quotes I had from Originally saw the XT5 online while looking for deals outside my local area. The advertised price seemed very good compared to the quotes I had from several area dealers, so I decided to email for more information and was contacted by Sharon Zielke, a very knowledgeable and personable young lady. She took my information and indicated a sales representative would contact me with a firm quote. I was contacted by Thom McCue, a man who knows his Cadillacs, and he talked me through the pricing of the 2017 XT5. The price seemed almost to good to be true, and the wife cautioned me all the way to Sheboygan, a 250 mile trip, that I was expecting too much. Upon arrival we were greeted by Thom, and treated like a valued customer and friend. We had a 2012 SRX to trade and this is where the deal got even better. Not only was the cash price the best we had, but the value of our trade in was the best here of any of the dealers we had visited. It was a win win deal. Needless to say the drive home in our new Cadillac XT5 was much more pleasurable considering the wife was now happy with my car buying talents. Thank you Sharon and Thom. More
