Once we arrived I met the person I had been working with who was John Berger and he introduced me to Connor Clark (our salesman) who was extremely knowledgeable and had shown us all the features on our new vehicle. We then worked with Jim Lackey in finance who had offered us any additional extended warranty options available in a no pressure atmosphere.
