Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful, making my buying experience very pleasant. All questions answered and explained in a way I could understand. I am old school and like to "dicker" over the price or get "something for nothing" as i like to say. everything was done in a timely manner and after i made up my mind we closed in a couple of days. The car is just what I wanted at the price i wanted, and could afford. My only complaint is no gas in the car ,this is a company policy for used cars i was told. This will not change there policy but had I know that i would have asked for some perk that would make me feel like I was appreciated. So great people good experience but no gas. Great salesperson / pre sale conditioning? Thom McCue is a great salesperson to deal with. He is very polite and willing to work towards a deal that can make you happy. Even though we had a scheduled time to pick up our purchase there was a 45 minute delay in getting to him to finish the transaction. That was disappointing because we had. 135 mile trip back home and another appointment that we barely made on time. I noticed on getting home that it smelled of hot brake pad lining.This vehicle had new brakes all around and the work was performed by the dealership as part of the pre sale conditioning. I reported this the next day and Sheybogan Chevrolet advised me to take it to a local dealership and have it evaluated. The local dealership corrected the problem by replacing the pad, rotor and lubing the piston. The bill with labor was $593. Sheybogan Chevrolet covered it in full. Thank you so much for standing behind their product. The only other problem was that neither daytime running light worked . I spent quite a bit of time checking the settings , reading the manual and on the internet trying to find the problem. Finally bought 2 new bulbs and and after some difficult access for replacement they worked. I thought they should have been checked and in working condition as part of their pre sale inspection. So overall great salesperson, some disappointments with pre sale conditioning, but they stood behind the costly repair bill. GT More
