Curtis took time to go over the features in a test drive to make sure I liked the way it drove...and I absolutely did! Anyway, Rob explained EVERYTHING on the car to me-including OnStar, which we called, & has offered to help me program my new iphone in when I get it within the next few weeks. After being very disappointed with another local Chevy dealer and upper management who didn't seem to listen to my needs, I contacted Sheboygan Chevrolet who connected me with Dennis Erdly. Seriously, I told him I loved him after he listened to my needs and then matched a price I'd researched and gotten from a dealer further away. He understood the value of doing business locally and also that we had bought three work vans previously from Sheboygan Chevrolet and he was willing to work with us so we were comfortable with a monthly lease. John Rodewald was excellent in his knowledge of how new cars operate which was essential for me as so much had changed since purchasing a 2002 Envoy 17-years ago. I will definitely refer Sheboygan Chevrolet to others and will return again when my lease is up. I was made to feel so welcome...so much so I really didn't want to leave when it was time to take my new car home! More

Steve was very easy and comfortable to work with and he made sure he was giving us exactly what we were wanting. He gave us great recommendations and advice based on the information we gave him. He didn't mind that i tried out 3 or more cars and was very knowledgeable about each make and model! He never made me feel pressured to "just pick one" and insisted that I love it or we should try something different!
