I had been to a couple of local dealerships & one of them didn’t seem to care if he sold me a car or not, I was getting a bit frustrated. When we went to Sheboygan Chevrolet We worked with Paul Buell & he was very nice there was no pressure, & answered all of our questions. We had some questions after the sale & Paul responded to the emails quickly. Timothy Hill helped us out on the financial side & was very helpful as well. From the moment I stepped into the dealership he worked to find the best car for our family. He listened to what we were looking for, and went above and beyond to find it for us . . . and to get us the best deal possible! ***The only negative experience I have ever had at Sheboygan Auto Group (this is our 3rd time purchasing a vehicle at SAG, and we've recommended 2 family members who each purchased a new vehicle) was when I brought our Buick Envision back to be detailed and the receptionist who sits at the back of the showroom (in the window area) was incredibly rude. I simply asked if that was where to leave my keys and she rolled her eyes at me, huffed, and started flipping through papers. After looking for a few moments she side she'd take my key, but she had no idea when it would be done. I told her I had an appointment, and that I was told it would be done by 3:30pm. She responded that no one could tell me when it would be done, and I'd "just have to wait until someone called before the end of the day." I asked what time they closed and she replied, "the end of the day has always been 5pm, so wait for a call." I realize that this was the Friday before the Christmas and she was likely quite busy; however, she is the only person at Sheboygan Auto group that I have ever interacted with who left me feeling upset, frustrated, and not valued as a customer. More

All I got were lies. I was dealing with Paul Buell on a 2005 trailblazer. I took the trailblazer home over night and had my mechanic look it over. Everything seemed to be look pretty good given its age. I found out who was the previous owner and gave him a call. Very nice guy, told me all about the vehicle and all that he had done to it recently. So I asked Paul why there was a 75% cost added to the vehicle from what Sheboygan Chevrolet gave for a trade in. Paul goes and gets the service guy and he comes with a paper showing what they all did to the vehicle before putting up for sale. First of all the print was so small that you could not read it. The guy says I'm sorry but that's the only way my printer works. Pretty sad for a multi million dollar business I thought. The service guy starts telling me what they all did and most of it was exactly what the previous owner told me he did. when I questioned it. I was told if you don't want it , the salesman that took it on trade is going to buy it. If not for really needing a vehicle soon, I would have never bought it after the way I was treated. to add insult to the whole deal, the vehicle was almost out of gas when I got in it to bring it home. More
