Happy New Year! I brought my car in on New Years Eve for a a minor problem with my trunk. As I was leaving the check engine light came on. When I pulled my car back I brought my car in on New Years Eve for a a minor problem with my trunk. As I was leaving the check engine light came on. When I pulled my car back into the bay, Howard gave me the best customer service ever by checking in my car and also helping me to get a rental so I would not be stranded for the Holidays. My car was finished in no time and I only had to pay a premium , thanks to Howard's inquiry into my warranty I purchased from the original dealer. The did offer a loaner as the part was not in stock. My impala had a flat tire when i picked it up. 1 hour to determine that they couldn't find the leak. Had to change a tire at 12:30a in 20 degree weather. Took the car back to get the tire fixed. Was told that the tire couldn't be fixed. Service manager offered me a discount on a new tire to rectify them puncturing my tire (Jesse Lopez, the so-called service manager actually got in my face and chest bumped me when i called him out on the scam ... then threatened to cal the police on me). Took the tire to a local tire shop. They repaired the tire without a hitch. More
