The following has happened to me twice when I had an oil change w/ tire rotation. I was charged for the rotation each time in which they were not rotated. How do I know? I mark my tires. I've been a long time customer of Patsy Lou and Shea to this point, well over 20 years. Shame on this company for even being in business.
