Had an 10am appointment to view and test drive a used vehicle. Drove from Pontiac only to find out the vehicle was sold the previous day. Would of been nice to know this before driving all the way. Stephanie reason for not being notified was :Unfortunately it takes about 24 hours for our system to update on our end to see that a vehicle was sold. It showed on my end this morning it was still available!". What ever happened to physically checking the inventory and not relying on a computer system. They have golf carts there to drive the lot. More
