I had 9am appointment at the Buick GMC service center today. The service I received today is totally unacceptable. I brought my truck in because my back driver side tire was leaking air. I knew a nail wa today. The service I received today is totally unacceptable. I brought my truck in because my back driver side tire was leaking air. I knew a nail was in tire. Fast forward; tire was not repairable and I needed a new tire. So the service representative; Adam told me they had a tire in the back and would be putting new tire on. I literally sat; waiting close to 2 hours for them to put brand new tire on truck. Representative came back and tells me the tire they brought over was not the right tire to my truck and he will have to order tire, that will be in next Tuesday. They took my tire off and had me wait almost 2 hours just to tell me they actually don’t have correct tire. This is xx. Shouldn’t they have made sure they had correct tire before telling me had tire and making me sit and wait? So I literally made a dry run that cost me a $50 bill at my doctor’s office because I was late. Shea, y’all gotta do better. I have bought 3 vehicles from y’all; plus prior services there, and never had any issues. I’m so disappointed in y’all today. Fast forward to later that day; the supervisor; Jesse Lopez reached out to me after leaving him a voicemail about what occurred . Jesse told me he would look into matter and find out what happened. He called me back after speaking with service department and Adam. Jesse was very apologetic about what occurred and made situation right. Adam was very apologetic as well. Adam was very nice to me, and I know he is not at fault for what occurred as he don’t work in the service center. Thanks Shea for being very professional and quick to address my concerns. Like I said; I’ve bought 3 vehicles from dealership and I will continue to do business with you guys. Thanks for being all about customer service, and not the dollar. You guys rock. More
Prompt courteous service from the time I arrived for my appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. Also ask that tech check for an antifreeze line leak as I had a small amt fluid drip on garage floor appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. All work done to my satisfaction including replacing & tightening a hose clamp which took care of my fluid leak. More
