Let me remind you I went car shopping and was very tentative about past experiences with car dealerships. I want to applaud salesman Terrence Latham. Let me remind you that he has to answer to his boss, and deal with the finance department while trying to also serve the customer. That is no easy task when you add the fact that i have poor credit. That is when i saw Terrence at his best. I was embarrassed and wanted to walk out. He became my brother and family at that very moment. Even though he works for the dealership, he was working for and with me. I did not feel alone nor embarrassed anymore. It was Terrence and Jeremy against the world and together we will get you a car. The options of cars he gave me were brand new looking used cars. I couldn't believe it. Finally, I had someone fighting for me and not against me. Terrence understood that i had bad credit, but was not a bad guy. Terrence made me understand that he would not work for a company who did not value each and every customer, regardless of ones credit. I left and got my wife and son and Terrence was still relentlessly working on my deal. I then met the boss and the finance manager. What great people they are. They said hi and shook my hand even before a deal was done. I could have left and went elsewhere or not came back the same day. It did not matter. I realized they were going to do their best to help me, just as Terrence said they would. I felt important and valuable. I felt like family. to let you understand the dedication of Terrence, I changed my mind on five different cars. All Terrence repeated to me is I will get this done so let me start working on this car. He stated , "if you change your mind again or see something else you like just let me know". He got the deal done and I drove home the same day. In a few years or so, I will go back to Shaver Preferred Motors and get another car. A True No Hassle Car Dealership I called and spoke to a sales associate prior to coming and got the usual oh yeah come on in and we'll see. Now I've been to a few dealerships so I ha I called and spoke to a sales associate prior to coming and got the usual oh yeah come on in and we'll see. Now I've been to a few dealerships so I had my guard up. But Terrance took really good care of me. Asked me what kind of car I would like and what kind of payment. Needless to say I got both. A beautiful Hyundai thats still under warranty and a $309 a month payment (my prior vehicle was $489month). We also got the deal done and i was on the road in under 2hrs. Highly recommended to anyone needing a quality vehicle. More

The office (Nick) was so friendly, helpful and easy to deal with that we bought the truck that night. The entire paperwork process went quick and smooth. We never felt any pressure to buy. I had to return the following week with some papers and the staff was still friendly and willing to answer all my new questions.
