I bought 2017 focus on 12/20/2024 3 weeks old and it has a bad transmission it’s costing me money because the warranty company on some bull so I’m left without a car and can’t get to work i feel like this c a bad transmission it’s costing me money because the warranty company on some bull so I’m left without a car and can’t get to work i feel like this company scammed me they knew what was wrong with this I’ve put 566miles on this car and all of this happens I took my car back up to Preferred Motors automotive center and they turned me away My car is currently in the shop at Ford and the service representative. Tell me that they can’t give me a Courtesy car because my warranty is through a third-party company I can’t rent a car through the warranty company because they have to see what Ford say about the transmission I’m a local resident and a well respected person and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to nobody I know, you guys have an entire shop across the street you can’t tell me nobody knew about this transmission I’m stuck with a car note on a car I’ve had for 3weeks and the transmission goes out I’ve missed work and soon to be a bill for the remaining balance for the repairs and diagnosis plus money for a rental car when ever the warranty company says I’m eligible for one Like I said, I’m a local resident been standing in the area all my life 40 plus years And I never experienced this More

They gave me a great trade-in allowance on my C5 SAE Corvette and let me take the C7 home so I could make up my mind about the deal they offered me. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process. Plus I bought a beautiful C7, Long Beach with a Black convertible top and Black leather interior. Thanks, Guys, I would recommend this dealership and, especially Ed and Joe to anyone interested in some clean, unique, sports cars. More

Juggling work, sleep, rotating shifts and buying a car, may seem like a nightmare to many, but Shavers Preferred Motors worked with and accommodated by bizzare schedule. I selected the car I wanted, test drive it, they even let me take it home overnight with a hold on it, because I had secured financing BEFORE coming there. I experienced no problems nor hassle. Knowing what to do before going to a dealership is the key to a successful car buying experience. I give 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to Tosha, My main man Joey and of course Kurt for enduring my terrible jokes. I would go back again and I recommend Shavers Preferred Motors to anyone who does their homework PRIOR to buying a car. More
