Shaver Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Truck

I've been going to Shaver for a couple of years. I, like most people, hate going to the dealership because it's ridiculously overpriced, but there are times when I want to make sure I have someone cert like most people, hate going to the dealership because it's ridiculously overpriced, but there are times when I want to make sure I have someone certified for Chrysler working on my car. I had worked previously with an awful associate (looks like the finally let him go). I had initially had a good first experience with Kier, however when I went back to him and expressly stated I did not want to work with the last sales associate, he gave him my info and put him in contact with me. Most recently, I emailed the site three times for service, received a confirmation they received my email and no one ever contacted me through email or phone. I finally called in and left a message for Kier, two days later with no call back, I left another message. He finally called me back, unfortunately I missed the call, but returned it within the hour. I have not heard back from anyone at Shaver since. Apparently Shaver is doing so well, they did not need my money, so I took my car to Kirby in Simi Valley and had a wonderful experience. Stay away from Shaver, they've been bad for years and only seem to be getting worse. More

This is my second Jeep bought at Shaver and will for sure continue to purchase my vehicles from them. Besides the fact that he looks like a famous actor, Tim Ott is also by far the best dealer I have ever worked with! Everything was done with a smile, and besides the new car I just got, We were working Ott is also by far the best dealer I have ever worked with! Everything was done with a smile, and besides the new car I just got, We were working on a deal late at night, and the dealership itself already closed, and he was STILL working with my dad and I. Even after I already got the car, it was freezing outside, there was cold air coming out of his mouth while we were sitting in the heated car, and he was outside still helping us out. It was 10:30pm, (the dealership closes at 9:00), and he was telling me everything I needed to know about my new car. Most dealers would just say "Thanks, come back tomorrow." But he was with us the whole way through and after. He used the best of his abilities and went to great lengths to get us the best deal that we can get. And in the end, we were very happy with the deal and walked out of the doors dancing (until we got to the car, then we started driving). He made us laugh, was ready to help us, worked quickly, and made the process of buying a car fly by! The whole entertaining ride of buying a car was as quick as my first signature.
