So- I have bought every car on the face on the earth- Mercedes, Lexus, Corvettes, BMW'a etc, etc....this was THE best buying experience ever. Advice- go in to them with knowledge- do your homework- i Mercedes, Lexus, Corvettes, BMW'a etc, etc....this was THE best buying experience ever. Trevor (sales) couldn't have been better- agressive but not pushy; sales oriented but totally knowledgeable, helpful beyond words...its time to buy American and honestly, the folks at Shaver will make you want to buy their products....it was actually enjoyable...I got the car i wanted at the price that was right and I never felp the "con" that we all know too well. And the dreaded fear of the Finance guy trying to sell you stuff you don't want or need was non-existent- in fact when Lorenzo asked me if I wanted an extended warranty I said first NO and he said ok- then I asked a little more about the cost, etc.- what I got for his not being pushy and helpful was an extended warrenty with a reduced interest rate on the entire sale. I'm telling you - these guys are not like your fathers car dealers. If you want to buy a Jeep ( they sell othe rcars too) and live in the Valley visit Shaver and talk to Trevor. We initially worked with Houtan who is fairly new to selling. He was easy to work with and didn't pressure. He brought in Trevor to show us what was possible. We had very aggressive terms to our curiosity and Trevor was able to make what we were sure was impossible possible. We also had a VERY tight timeline Christmas Eve as we are both musicians. Trevor made the deal and Lorenzo got us out of there the fastest I have ever seen! Great service, great people to work with, great pricing and trade-in value have now gained our loyalty from another Dodge dealer in this county! More

Made an appointment, met with Tim, took a test drive, walked the lot for used alternatives, took another test drive, came back, special on Ram 2500. He was quite knowledgable regarding the truck, yet would admit when he didn't know the answer to a question and would look up the correct information either through the owner's manual or Ram's online resources.
