I contacted the dealer via the internet. Tim Ott happened to be the person to respond to my request for information. We drove around to see the available Jeeps, and I saw a dark gray one that looked like it would be fine. It was equipped exactly as I wanted. I decided to make the purchase. Tim spent lots of time with me, going over the numerous features on the vehicle. And answered many questions posed to him. He was very patient and understanding. Bought a 2012 Challenger SRT8. The deal was fast and easy, easier than any other car purchase I have ever been involved with. I took my car back to the dealer to have the stripes replaced with a strip easy, easier than any other car purchase I have ever been involved with. I took my car back to the dealer to have the stripes replaced with a stripe kit I purchased as part of the vehicle purchase agreement. The guy they hired to installed stripes dented and scratched the entire top of the car. I was pretty mad at the condition of my car at which point John McCann, sales manager, stepped in to handle the problem. Even though I was mad and acting pretty unreasonable, John offered to do what ever it took to make the situation right so I was happy. John replaced the car with a new one with the exact same option and installed some after market parts at no charge to make the situation right. I greatly appreciate John McCann's professionalism even though, at first, I was being unreasonable. This is the first Dodge I have owned and I love the car. I would highly recommend Shaver Dodge to anyone who asks. Thank you John for rectifying an unfortunate situation. More
