As we waiting for the leasing agent, we were offered water and made sure our children were happy waiting. Doug was extremely transparent about the entire leasing process and what our choices were. He went above and beyond to contact Ford credit and make sure our situation was handled with class and poise. He continued to have open communication, even after the deal was signed.
