When I was about to test drive my Jeep, I asked Ty Garrett if there were any problems with the vehicle, I was told no and that the vehicle was very clean. I then looked down and saw a piece of an earr Garrett if there were any problems with the vehicle, I was told no and that the vehicle was very clean. I then looked down and saw a piece of an earring, a red crayon and hair between the seat and center console as well as a VERY dirty cup holder. I should have left the lot then, but was in a rush to get a vehicle by the next day, so I purchased the Jeep anyways after requesting they clean it. I left my sisters home later that night after purchasing the over priced vehicle to find out the heat and windshield wiper fluid sprayers do not work at all on the vehicle. I checked the AC but not the heat, which was my fault, even though he assured me everything on the vehicle worked. You couldn’t pay me to do business with Sharp’s or Ty Garrett ever again. Also, NADA valued the Jeep at $13,125. Instead of saying they couldn’t budge on the price, Ty immediately said, “We have more than that in it.” I knew that was a lie, because it was a trade in. He pulled the owner over to tell me that they couldn’t do anything about the price. I’ve emailed about the problems, since I work during the hours they’re open, and haven’t heard anything back. More
