Truck grill and bumper cover were damaged before I bought the truck, but I didn't notice until I got home. Sales department manager took almost two weeks to get back to me and said the owner decided that I the truck, but I didn't notice until I got home. Sales department manager took almost two weeks to get back to me and said the owner decided that I had damaged the truck. I called the owner, he said I damaged the truck (basically called me a liar), and then hung up on me. "The customer is always right" is not a motto at this dealership. Almost four weeks after the sale, they still have not provided a Certificate of Origin, so I can't title the vehicle. Run away! More
