I scheduled an appointment for The Works and ordered new tires on Wednesday. Went in for new tires and the Works service on Friday. Tires did not come in on the order, was told at the service department tha tires on Wednesday. Went in for new tires and the Works service on Friday. Tires did not come in on the order, was told at the service department that the order did not go through, and I was not notified prior to the appointment. I had to leave the vehicle over the weekend due to the state of the tires, so I asked if since the vehicle had to be left, that any outstanding recalls be addressed in the meantime. Tires were done the following Monday, but still no recall service. More
