Just a simple oil change and tire rotation but hey no complaints here I was out in a little over 30 minutes. Pleased with the price and will be back for my next service. I scheduled an appointment for The Works and ordered new tires on Wednesday. Went in for new tires and the Works service on Friday. Tires did not come in on the order, was told at the service department tha tires on Wednesday. Went in for new tires and the Works service on Friday. Tires did not come in on the order, was told at the service department that the order did not go through, and I was not notified prior to the appointment. I had to leave the vehicle over the weekend due to the state of the tires, so I asked if since the vehicle had to be left, that any outstanding recalls be addressed in the meantime. Tires were done the following Monday, but still no recall service. More
I called to get an appointment for brake replacement and was scheduled for Wednesday at 8am. When I dropped my vehicle off, I asked if they could also change the oil and take a look at few small things if t was scheduled for Wednesday at 8am. However, I also indicated that I needed the vehicle back by COB that day so they could skip those things if not enough time. Unfortunately, they did not do anything to my vehicle on the day I dropped it off (Wednesday) and the next day (Thursday) they called to tell me that they had finally checked it out and that I needed brakes. No kidding. I didn't get my vehicle back until Friday at 5pm - and even though they had it for 3 days, still no oil change. The only reason I'm even giving 2 stars is because the service desk manager seemed polite and was apologetic for the delays. I've been using Sharp service center for 7 years but this time will be the last. More
The warranty work appears to have fixed the backup camera, which I'm appreciative for but the dealership was not very communicative throughout the process. My vehicle was at the dealership for 3 days and I only heard from them once when it was ready for pick up. To put this in perspective I've received an email, text message, and phone call asking me to do this survey. I don't expect daily updates, but I was never informed how many days the work was estimated to take. I understand repair durations can very, but it would've been good to known the anticipated repair duration and then an update if it was going to over run. Not just a, "we will call you". More
