They left my doors open with the power on while doing a recall on my seatbelts which caused my battery to die. Instead of explaining it to me in this manner, it was explained as if I did something wrong an recall on my seatbelts which caused my battery to die. It felt like a sales tactic and just trying to get money out of me versus just being honest about what happened. I watched my car being worked on from the window so I saw everything. I usually have no problems but this left me with a very unpleasant experience. More
