I have been a customer at Sharp Honda for several years (and several Hondas) now and the service has always been excellent. The service rep I deal with, Mark, is wonderful to work with/through. He has al (and several Hondas) now and the service has always been excellent. The service rep I deal with, Mark, is wonderful to work with/through. He has always been very friendly and helpful and I always ask for him because of that. He is a great person to work with. One time in the recent past a large bird (hawk) struck the side of my windshield and messed up my windshield wiper. I took it in to Honda Service and Mark had it fixed for me in under five minutes. He fixed it himself. The only issue I have had was on purchase of new tires. Honda has them priced too high. I found the exact same brand that I have bought at Honda before for a little over $200.00 less at Performance Tire and Wheel. They were a nice set of Yokohama tires. More
