I was traveling through Topeka and stopped in because I had a low tire pressure light. The dealership got me in fairly quickly, looked over the car AND washed it. I was so impressed that I had my daughter that drives the car most of the time start taking the car to Sharp. We have have not been disappointed. Thank you! More

They left my doors open with the power on while doing a recall on my seatbelts which caused my battery to die. Instead of explaining it to me in this manner, it was explained as if I did something wrong an recall on my seatbelts which caused my battery to die. Instead of explaining it to me in this manner, it was explained as if I did something wrong and now needed to purchase a $250 battery. It felt like a sales tactic and just trying to get money out of me versus just being honest about what happened. I watched my car being worked on from the window so I saw everything. I usually have no problems but this left me with a very unpleasant experience. More
