Sharp has a very up-to-date service center. They replaced the battery in my car that only had 16,000 miles. I was disappointed by the fact that they did not assure me that the alternator was They replaced the battery in my car that only had 16,000 miles. I was disappointed by the fact that they did not assure me that the alternator was working correctly. As far as I know they did not check the alternator when I had asked for some assurance that the Alternator was working correctly. More

Our experience was terrific, Zach did an outstanding job explaining the options and programming of the vehicle and he wrapped up the lease and got us in to Troy for the paperwork.
