Very first time being there, let allow going through the processes, and they seemed to think I should know what I should be doing. They didn't have the rental car there like I was told would be. Nobody knew I was showing up. Was supposed to pick up my car on a Saturday but got told when I was at the shop they were going to be closed on Saturday so I had to pick my car up Friday. Changed everything. Nobody knew what was going on, or what work was being done. As soon as they got something figured out they shoved me out the door. No explanation or asking if I need help with the rental car as it was completely different then what I have drove before. Then when I showed up on Friday go told they would be open until 6 pm no problem for me and my sales agent would even stay late if needed. Showed up at a little before 5 pm I think and nobody was there, it was like a ghost town in the whole building except one mechanic and one appointment scheduler (parts counter person?) Then they just had me go, no checking the work, no confirming it was how I would like it or accept. The block heater cord was sticking out, and the detailing wasn't finished in some places. All around bad experience... I was really looking for a nice one stop place that I can have some pride taking my new car to... Now I am just confused and left with fear on future services.. More
