I was under the impression rotation was free as long as I owned this CRV. I would think the purchase of my tires would reflect on my records with Sharp Honda. Young Deisy Ambrosio was pleasant, but may not be aware of the purchase tire policy. I should have looked my bill over closer before leaving, but after waiting 2 hrs and I was in a hurry to run my next errand on top of being surprised to see a $482 due, I left. Next time I will look closer at my bill before leaving. More
