We always have good luck at Sharp, but they missed the mark on our last visit. Our van was towed to them to replace a battery. Simple. They were courteous as always and the pricing was fair. A couple days later while driving the dash lit up with every warning light and sputtered, blinked a few times then died with everything going dark. The battery cable was off, as they had neglected to tighten it. Since then, intermittently our lower audio screen goes black for no apparent reason. Disappointing attention to detail. More
