Top notch service! Al met me to check in my vehicle, wrote down my questions, and followed up on all of them. The waiting area was clean and stocked with snacks, coffee and water. I declined a ride home, preferring to tackle work emails in the waiting area instead. Overall my experience was great and I look forward to working with Al again when it's time for a service visit! More

I am usually very happy with Sharp Honda, but my most recent visit to replace a burned out headlamp (and high beam bulb) took 1 hour and 40 minutes. This was after I was assured on the phone they could take care of me pretty quickly. I was also assured by my service technician upon checking in that they would have me out of there relatively soon. After I sat in the waiting room for over an hour I texted my technician asking how many hours this was going to take and if I should call someone to pick me up. He did not respond to the text until 30 minutes later when I was told my vehicle was ready. I honestly don't think it would have gotten done because I could see my car just sitting in the garage unattended until after I texted when someone came out and started changing out the bulbs. Like I said, I am usually very happy with their service, however if something is going to take over an hour and a half I would like to know so that I can use that time more effectively.
