He was very knowledgeable about his vehicles and did a great job explaining potential pros and cons of Honda Odysseys. He was friendly, supportive, and available, but also not too pushy. He knew when we needed time to think and didn't pester us. When we finally decided it was time to buy, we came in knowing exactly what vehicle we wanted to purchase and knew that we wanted to work with Billy. The transaction was seamless.
