Very pleasant. no hassle, no pressure. I spent the better part of the day at the dealership, I new what I wanted and they had 4 or 5 choices on the lot. I spent most of my time with Scott Proctor, who was very patient and pleasant as well as helpful in answering my questions. I think I test drove 4 of the 5 choices and finely made a decision to buy one of them. Jim Long was also very pleasant, patient and helpful. Troy Hunt responsible for finishing the paperwork made the least fun part of any experience pleasant as well. The whole experience went very well, I could not have asked for more. Billy is up front, honest, and very knowledgeable. My sister was in the market for a midsize SUV for her family. We went to Sharp Honda, and Billy showed her the wide variety of options they had available on both new and used Honda Pilots. At first, she was skeptical that the new Pilot would not be affordable. After speaking with Billy about her budget, they were able to negotiate a deal, and she was able to drive home a brand new Pilot. The lease option was what sold her, as there is no sales tax up front, mileage options are flexible, the payments are affordable, and the buyout option at the end of the 39 month lease is even more reasonable.
