They left my doors open with the power on while doing a recall on my seatbelts which caused my battery to die. Instead of explaining it to me in this manner, it was explained as if I did something wrong an recall on my seatbelts which caused my battery to die. Instead of explaining it to me in this manner, it was explained as if I did something wrong and now needed to purchase a $250 battery. It felt like a sales tactic and just trying to get money out of me versus just being honest about what happened. I watched my car being worked on from the window so I saw everything. I usually have no problems but this left me with a very unpleasant experience. More

Tom did a very good job at giving us all the details and being patient with us while we did our test drives. Today's been working there for over 30 years and it really shows. He's very tentative and was acc being patient with us while we did our test drives. Today's been working there for over 30 years and it really shows. He's very tentative and was accommodating to us. Overall the whole process went very smooth and gave a great feeling overall over another dealership that me and my wife went to. As of right now pending there's no hidden accidents like another dealership doing an inspection on a vehicle that we got and then 3 months later have to replace the transmission because their technicians found metal. I would highly recommend the steelership and Tom was fantastic. More
