This turned out very long and I do appologize… I think most people can agree that dealerships are our least fav places to get our cars serviced at once our warranty’s expire due to super high costs, think most people can agree that dealerships are our least fav places to get our cars serviced at once our warranty’s expire due to super high costs, me included. BUT…. my Honda dealership is another story. This is my first Honda bought used, and I had to have faulty airbag replaced. I walk in and what I thought was an empty showroom WAS the actual garages! You could almost eat off it, it was sparkling clean. Al was one of the guys that helped me. Awesome, friendly and very knowledgeable, as were the others. I was very impressed from the get go, but in the back of my mind I’m still waiting for someone to try to sell me stuff I don’t need, because I’m a woman. No one ever did that! I pick my car up later, and almost miss it when they told me where it was because I thought it was a new car, I just didn’t recognize it! LOL It looked freshly washed and waxed to a showroom sparkle! I about died! When I went to get my keys (I think) the mechanic who actually worked on my car gave me a 3-4 page run down of EVERYTHING he did to my car, aside from replacing my passenger airbag. I thought here it comes… WRONG! This was a detailed rundown of many things he checked, along with its current condition, plus an estimated cost to fix each one as well as the best order to get these things done in, in relation to safety. Their prices seemed very low to reasonable too, not like usual dealer gouging. Also a grand total of everything together. Still NO PRESSURE or mention of having them do it and trying to get me to make an appt right then. Instead of saying things like “when WE do this”… he would say “wherever you have this done “ etc… I’m about ready to add these awesome guys to my Christmas card list now! LOL THE BEST PART OF ALL… I walked out the door after everything feeling they went way above the call of duty for doing a recall service for me on my used CR-V that was a free service to me, plus they didn’t charge me a penny for the WHITE GLOVE awesome condition I got my car back in! Those bloody birds in my trees don’t stand a chance now against Honda! You couldn’t even tell my car lived outside with whatever magic potion they used on my car! AND I PAID NOTHING, so they are also going to get my business going fwd as well. More

I feel a loyalty to Sharp’s, no doubt, but it’s one they earn and continue to work at keeping. I love my new car and will go back when it’s time for the next one. More
