I was in the dealership for 3 hours and I was so thirsty. After an hour, no beverage was offered. Then Tom offered if he could bring me something to drink after I was there for 2 hours and after we completed After an hour, no beverage was offered. Then Tom offered if he could bring me something to drink after I was there for 2 hours and after we completed the deal. I told him I wanted water. Then I went to financing office. I thought he would bring me a bottle water but he did not. Until I am done with the deal and left the dealership, I did not get anything to drink from either Tom or Troy. I am very disappointed with Troy's attitude. He was not patient with me. Initially, when he tried to sell the extended warranty to me, I told him I didn't want to get it. Then he started providing some examples how it's important to get the extended warranty. So, I started asking him some questions. I asked if I could cancel the extended warranty if I changed my mind after buying the extended warranty, he said I could. Then, he said if he were me and thought about canceling the extended warranty, he suggested that I should not buy it. I asked him if there was a number that I could call to cancel the extended warranty. He said no number to call. I asked how I could cancel it. He said I needed to call him to cancel it. However, he said he did not like to do that because he had to do the workpapers!!! I paid the $399 administrative fee. Wasn't it part of his job? Again, I am very very disappointed with Troy's attitude. If he didn't want to sell the extended warranty, he should not have offered to me. I am a return customer. I bought my 2009 Honda CR-V from Sharp Honda. I have been using Sharp Honda for all the services, including oil change, tire replacement, air conditioner repairment, and other repairment for last 16 years when I had the 2009 Honda CR-V. I had a very bad experience buying the car from Sharp Honda this time. More
