I Always receive excellent service when I come to Sharp Honda. I had a little hiccup with the recent recall notice, and when I called about the remedy, I was immediately taken care of the very next day. Honda. We always have good luck at Sharp, but they missed the mark on our last visit. Our van was towed to them to replace a battery. Simple. They were courteous as always and the pricing was fair. The battery cable was off, as they had neglected to tighten it. Since then, intermittently our lower audio screen goes black for no apparent reason. Disappointing attention to detail. More
