After waiting four hours to sign the paperwork, the finance guy rushed me through the process. He mentioned a warranty and I asked why I needed a warranty - after all, Hyundai has a 10 year/100,000 factory warranty. He said, "Don't worry, you don't have to pay that. It's part of your financing." I traded in the car last week with a reputable dealer, and we couldn't figure out why my loan was so much more than the value of the car. After going through the paperwork, we discovered that I had paid $2,000 for a warranty on this car. Deceptive sales practices, to say the least. I called today, and didn't get a call back as promised. When I finally reached someone, he said, "Well, I don't know what to tell you. That's how it works." Who in their right mind would buy a $2,000 warranty that you can't cancel or be refunded on for a car that already has a warranty???? Stay far, far away. More

Within the hour I was approved, agreeing on the down payment and my daughter got the surprise of her life and told to come there and pick a car out. The staff there were super friendly and professional, especially Shannon. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for easy, hassle free credit check and approval. More

Exceptionally flexible, work hard to get you driving. These folks worked very hard to get me into a reliable car. Beggars can't be choosers and when you've damaged your credit you have no one to blame but These folks worked very hard to get me into a reliable car. Wife with Cancer at time I bought truck, CASH, she was very sick, took at least 5 hours to buy a truck, CASH. Manager Jarrod, could blow up a lie detector test!!! Day after purchase of truck, like every other persons problem seems to be, engine light comes on!!!! Johnston mechanic ( extremely rude) Kevin, criminalistic personality, fights with my wife, a post operative lung cancer patient, in recovery. But that'another story. Sticker on tuck Fraudulent. Check with another station, did not pass inspection. Why would a dealership inspect their own cars, it's like letting a kid grade his own test. Many things wrong with vehicle, first Co2 detector didn't pass inspection, second, listen to this scenario, Emergency Brake Broken, and Power Steering Fluid Leaking, this is a combination for Accident with Death Resulting. Tires worn too low, promised new ones (Surpise!!! NEVER DID GET) BATTERY GONE, promised new one ( SURPRISE!!!! NEVER GOT THAT EITHER) REMEMBER NOW, I CAN'T DRIVE THIS TRUCK TWO DAYS AFTER PURCHASED BECAUSE ENGINE LIGHT ON. Did try "in good faith" to speak to even Managers and Owners, Surprise!!! No calls returned!! Now picture the stress of post operative lung cancer patient and trying to deal with these Hoodlums!!! If they would Try to shake down a person in Law Enforcement, God Forbid what they will do to you!!! So what do I want for my CASH MONEY? TIRES PROMISED TO ME, SO I DON'T KILL ANYONE OR GET KILLED, BATTERY, PROMISED TO ME, SO TRUCK WILL START, LEAKING POWER STEERING FLUID REPAIRED SO AGAIN, I DON'T GET KILLED OR KILL SOMEONE, (I WILL PAY TO HAVE MY DRIVEWAY REPAIRED FROM LEAKING POWER STEERING FLUID STAINS). THEY CALL YOU FAMILY, AND USE ( IN GOOD FAITH) FOR PROMISES, UNFULFILLED!!! I SAY LIES AND LITIGATION. REMEMBER AS CUSTOMERS, WE SIGN THE RIGHT TO GO TO ARBITRATION. SO TAKE THAT RIGHT, JUST HAVE A PAPER TRAIL (WHICH THEY GIVE YOU)!! I ASK FOR YOUR PRAYERS FOR MY WIFE TO BEAT CANCER. MORE THAN ENOUGH GOING ON. ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO CALL OR TEXT.
