Perfect I couldn’t have done this without Paul, Knowing I had terrible credit and luck and Paul knocked it out of the park. Got me the best deal he could. Need a car I've visited so many different car dealerships and nobody could help me get into a car. They either wanted co signers or they wanted way too much mone I've visited so many different car dealerships and nobody could help me get into a car. They either wanted co signers or they wanted way too much money for a down payment. I finally found a dealership that helped me get a car. They were Shannon motors in Johnston Rhode Island. Customer service was great, and the salesman Paul Reis really helped me get out of a major bind, got me into a nice car with low milage. I even have a payment I can afford. Thanks so much. More

Worst experience of my life Got my car in March 2015 by June 2016 the transmission on the car went they wanted me to pay for it had to tell them either fix it or take your car Got my car in March 2015 by June 2016 the transmission on the car went they wanted me to pay for it had to tell them either fix it or take your car back. They did fix it but I had to pay 250 and it took 1 month to fix. Will not give me a warranty for new transmission just said they it should be a transmission of same or lesser miles my car was 90,000 miles. Comes time to either buy out or re finance they took 2month to process my buy out. First none had my file then I had the wrong rep. Then I need a inspection guy was never available it took 2 months and 8 visit to get the buyout done. Then come another problem you have to either get my own plates or pay them to do it. Since they don’t give you dealer plates he only true option you have is pay them to do it since u can drive with no plates. So I paid them to do it it’s been amistad 3 weeks and I have received my new registration or plates have left multiple messages n no answer from anyone. They say it’s going to be done this day and the day come and goes and nothing. Still waiting on my plates. To top it off they haven’t even reported that I made payment since August and it’s November. It has brought my credit down since it show as if I’m not making payment. Let’s not goregt that I already pay off the car and own it. Worst experience or my life. More

Reported I was late 120 days past due--CROCK OF xx!!!!!!!!!! So this scummy dealer reported I was past due--I returned the car (lease was up) in March 2017-that is when they reported to the credit bureau's I was So this scummy dealer reported I was past due--I returned the car (lease was up) in March 2017-that is when they reported to the credit bureau's I was late 120 days??! What the actual xx?! Never was LATE. NEVER received correspondence that I was-because I wasn't and NEVER got charged a late fee. Good thing I keep all my records and printed all the times I made EVERY payment on their WEBSITE that charges you $4.99 every time you use it. YOU PEOPLE ARE xxxx. I fully intend to report them to the the DA and BBB. I am a loan underwriter for a reputable bank--I have no idea how these people report to the bureau with false information only to affect the consumer negatively--I would never lease a car or recommend this DUMP to anyone. Negatively impacting my credit because I didn't renew a lease..real professional. I have a BRAND new car with 0 miles and $200 less a month than what I was paying for a 2007 FORD FOCUS with just under the 100k miles so you could LEASE the xxxxx out. DO NOT GO TO ANY SHANNON MOTORS!!!!! More
