This place will deceive you disrespect you and degrade you then turn around and feel as if because you are financing with them they can play with your livelihood. From the owners to the hateful woman that you then turn around and feel as if because you are financing with them they can play with your livelihood. From the owners to the hateful woman that work in the office they are blatantly disrespectful even when being warning that the conversation is being recorded I have never even been to any business and been treated this way I’ve tried having a conversation I’ve tried to come to to a positive resolution but since being told I was not wanted as a customer and that if all their customers were like me they would get no business I have been looking into what options are open to me legally, since I was threatened to have the police called on me if I decided to show up to the office upset about the way they chose the disrespect me so now I know we cannot come to resolution without legal advice. I have also been threatened with repossession or trying to convince me to voluntarily give my car back after spending thousands of dollars paying them and paying for repairs monthly on the vehicle the sold me since my third week of having the car I’ve now had the car for a year and I am sick to my stomach off Shannon motors I don’t know why they think they are above all but they are in for a rude awakening they need to learn that regardless of how they feel personally they need to always be professional and respectful to people in general but especially their customers Shannon motors knows their cars are not the best but promote to you that they are in great condition and once you get on the road with the car within days you realize they lied and will not help you unless you pay because the warranty covers none of the issues your car is having conveniently. I strongly suggest that anyone with low credit should really look into their options for financing and stay clear of Shannon motors they are only in this for the money they have no desire to please the customer or have any kind of empathy towards their customers they will get your hopes up and make you feel like they are your best option but I promise you that shortly after doing business with them you will see exactly why you need to shop for a vehicle with someone who is familiar with dealerships and knows about cars so you know exactly what you are getting into before you fall into a trap. More
