If you work with them, they will work with you. Had a few issues with the vehicle at first, but they really came thru to make the problems go away. I’m really happy at the commitment pascal had at making sure this vehicle ran the way it should! The shop did an amazing job looking into the issues I had and making sure it was fixed. I have a lot of respect for that. Very very friendly whether it was on the phone or in person. I know used vehicles are gonna have some issues, but I’m glad they took the time to make them go away. Definitely have a new outlook on this dealership. More

Service and over all experience I just purchased a 2013 Volkswagen wagon Passat, love my new car, however the nest day I realized my passenger windshield nozzle was unhooked. Pasca I just purchased a 2013 Volkswagen wagon Passat, love my new car, however the nest day I realized my passenger windshield nozzle was unhooked. Pascal, professional and well spoken, he came to my cars rescue. He was booked all day for service but was able to squeeze me in right before his shop opened. He said it could take up to 1-5 hours. I was very happen when I got the call 30 minutes after dropping it off. The problem was fixed in a timely manner, I would definitely recommend Shannon motors service and if you get the chance, to go through pascal. What a wonderful successful experience! Wish I could have given 1000 stars! More
