Paul is hands down the best! We had multiple issues with dealerships lying to us or not giving us all the information necessary before wasting our time all day at their lots. We called Paul and spoke to him and he promised a quick and easy process and had us in and out in enough time to get our kids from the sitter! We’ve kept in contact over the course of the last few weeks until we were able to pick up our van, and he has been easy-going and great every time we’ve spoken! The only thing I wish he would have told us ahead of time was that our first payment would be due a week from the pickup date, and our payment is now $20 more than what we were told..... with most places, the first payment isn’t due for 45 days, and I was hoping to have the original payment told to us ahead of time including taxes and fees but it’s a minor setback that would not stop me from recommending Shannon motors and Paul to others. :) More
