Satisfied Customer I've been a customer with shannon motors going on 2 years. I've been working with Kevin in the Swansea location. My first vehicle I leased for a year I've been a customer with shannon motors going on 2 years. I've been working with Kevin in the Swansea location. My first vehicle I leased for a year to upgrade into a new vehicle with lower payments. Kevin went above and beyond his job to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my upgrade. On the down side, the Johnston office has horrible communication with each other and their customers they need to learn to work together as a team and have a better understanding of what communication actually means. I've had nothing but issues, problems and many headaches dealing with the Johnston location. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone to visit the Swansea location, I know you won't leave unhappy! More

A no headache experience. I purchased a car at Shannon Motors Providence location through Jay. I had already picked out my car online. It had a few spots needed cleaning and I purchased a car at Shannon Motors Providence location through Jay. I had already picked out my car online. It had a few spots needed cleaning and I was told to just go to Johnston location for servicing. About a week and a half past I work 16 hour shifts in medical field. Upon getting to the service center the desk guy said these things are time sensitive I don't know what we can do... A manager Gary happened to be standing there asked how long it had been . I said I haven't even made my first car payment yet. He then went out of his way to personally handle the situation. He then had someone Clean the interior perfect , had my new car washed, and had someone do touch up paint work to the bottom trim of the skirt of the car.. And all in about 1 and a half hours. Thanx very much Jay , and Gary , and Steve for making my experience more reassuring.. and hassle free.. this has truly been a headache free experience.. More
