Car needed an O2 sensor - they lied and said it was done when they actually just turned off the check engine light. Somehow got it passed for inspection with a bad O2 sensor and bald tires. They obviously work with another shifty garage to get lemons to pass inspection. No owner's manual, no floor mats, not detailed, dead battery, O2 sensor not replaced, and on empty with gas light on. When I told Charlie that the steering wheel is shaking while driving on the highway, he said, (We don't do alignments here) when I told him the CD player doesn't work, just displays Err, and we need the code to reset it, he said, (You can probably find that online somewhere) Read the other perfect reviews - you can tell they were all written by the same person. There was some miscommunication with my financing so I was unable to drive my vehicle home with me the same day I purchased, but the dealership went a step above and had the car delivered to me the following Monday...(at my office) free of charge. When the car was delivered, I immediately noticed a what appeared to be a leak in the rear tire. The dealership worked with me to repair the tire issue. I want to thank Charlie for his constant communication and for going that extra mile to help me out. This car is for my soon-to-be teenage driver and it means the world to me to have her safe on the road. My husband and I purchased a 3rd vehicle for our weekend trips to Vermont. Found them on Craigslist after about a week of searching for something with a 3rd row seat. They had a GMC Envoy extended version and a Mercury Mountaineer that caught our eye. After a day of going back and forth with my husband over which vehicle we decided to go with the Envoy. After about 3 months of ownership I would say that we are extremely pleased with the Envoy. Brought it back to the dealership after about a week for a belt squeal which they promptly changed the next day for us at no charge. After visiting some very sketchy car lots in Hartford and manchester we felt very comfortable with the girl in the front office who handled 90% of our transaction. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a decent used car. They also have an extensive selection of Chevy SUburbans too.. Thanks again guys !! More

Don't even think about doing business with this dealership. After being told that the sunroof would be fixed before we left with the car, he realized that the repair would have to be performed by a dealership. He then gave us a check for $200 toward the repair cost. The estimate to repair the sunroof was $1400. By the way, after leaving Shamrock enroute to Volvo, HE STOPPED PAYMENT ON THE $200 CHECK ! More
