I have been in search for a car to buy my son who just graduated college for the last month. I spent hours looking on internet car sites and spent afternoons at local dealerships but could not find exact graduated college for the last month. That is when I found Shamrock Motors driving down route 5 stopping at each dealership to look at what they had. I first was impressed by the selection and inventory of cars they had for my son and I to look at. When the salesman Charlie came out to meet us, I really appreciated him giving us space and not shadowing us throughout the lot (which was my experience at every other dealership) while my son and I looked at different cars and talked about each one. When we agreed on one that he really liked, Charlie was able to give us great background on the vehicle and was great with my son through the purchasing process. I always take my time in making any purchase big or small but I felt very comfortable with the product, service, and above all, price from Shamrock that we got it done that afternoon. My son loves his new car and I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. When its time for another car for me, they certainly will be my first stop. More

They were great to work with. This was my first real vehicle purchase and they made it pretty easy. Charlie was very patient with me as I test drove 3 different trucks. I never make a rush decision. We are both very happy with the level of customer service and efficiency we received and would recommend Charlie at Shamrock to our friends and family. Charlie made the buying experience very easy. He had the two Acura TL's I was interested in waiting for us when we got to the dealership and took care of every issue with no BS. Covered that, helped accommodate me for my inconveniences.... Charlie was AWESOME and very nice to work with. No xx, no pushy sales, and tells you like it is. Only thing is... Empty gas tank upon purchase, at least expected 1/4 of a tank! But hey that's minor compared to the idiots and xxx cars people were throwing down our throats elsewhere...I'll be buying from them AGAIN!! ANNNND sending people their way... A in my book. Plus they're Irish! :) More

I found these guys thru an ad I saw on Craigslist when searching for a newer Maxima. Mine had over 200,000 miles and was on its last legs. Called and spoke to Charlie and went in last Saturday to test dri searching for a newer Maxima. Mine had over 200,000 miles and was on its last legs. Called and spoke to Charlie and went in last Saturday to test drive the car. I ended up leaving with the 2009 Maxima SE about an hour later. I was instantly approved thru one of the credit unions they work with. I figured that I would hopefully be able to get the car mid week but actually left with the car that day. At first I was flustered because I didnt think the whole process would have gone so quickly but I LOVE my new Max. I would recommend calling and making an appointment if you go on a Saturday. When i got there all 3 sales guys were busy with customers. Thanks again Charlie. More

Purchased a 2006 Chevy Suburban last week for our growing family. Looked at it online and filled out credit application online and was instantly approved. Was not happy with my 9% interest rate until the finance manager Charlie reviewed my credit with me and didnt realize some late payments 3 years ago had drastically dropped my rating. Anyway we have put almost 800 miles on it and absolutely love it. Glad we chose the Suburban over the Tahoe because we really needed the extra cargo room. More

I bought a car that supposedly was certified, and two days after purchase, engine light comes on. Catalytic converter was bad, even though it supposedly just passed emissions. I also bought an extended warranty, that was supposedly a bumper to bumper coverage, then find out it hardly covers anything. $1300.00 for a warranty that was worthless!! Shame on you, Shamrock! You should be called Scamrock!!! More

Shamrock Motors and Charlie the finance manager went above and beyond all other dealers we had visited to provide us with the Honda Pilot we were searching for at the price we wanted to pay. The Pilot has an additional 3400 miles on it now and I am still loving it. More
