Charlie helped me find a nice silver automatic model with a sunroof. A sunroof was a must have for me. This was my 1st real car purchase, and I was able to get a very good deal. Everyone was very patient with me and happy to answer my questions. I never felt too pressured and felt like they really listened to my wants/needs and helped me get in the right car. Thanks again! New tires were put on as promised and the truck was detailed immaculately. It was an extremely stress free purchase. The salesman handed me the keys and took a copy of my drivers license and we test drove the truck for about 30 minutes. We came back and ironed out a few details and we were off. Very very happy with my truck. More
Worst Dealership Ever These people played me. And I am not the only one from what I see. The good reviews are probably fake ones they did themselves. I bought my Toyot These people played me. I bought my Toyota RAV4 from them in June and not a month later, it was already giving me problems. It was having trouble starting. I would turn the key to start the engine and it would stall for a bit before starting. I didn't think about it too much. Now its 3 months later and it has another problem. When I apply the brakes then step on the gas pedal the car shakes/jerks. It happens everytime I come to a stop then go. I tried to email these guys and they never responded. I went to a garage so they could figure out what was wrong with my car. Apparently the job would cost over $2000 to repair. I tried to call Shamrock motors and they never called back. These guys are phonies. Don't waste your money. Its not worth all the trouble you'll have with your vehicle. They act nice but it's just a way to scam you out of your money. They lie and say the car is good. I need my car for college and now i'm not sure how ill get back and forth. Thanks to these guys, I'm soon gonna have to take the bus and spend lots more money. Like I don't already have enough debt. Let's add on to it! Thank you so much Shamrock motors for being an awful car deal with awful service. I hope no one else gets scammed. More

Upon visiting the dealerships lot we were invited to inspect the cars as much as we'd like and were put at ease instantly with the total absence of a hovering salesman. Asked if we could drive the RDX on I91 and they said no problem because the previous RDX we droive had a wobble at highway speeds. This one was very smooth and the salesman pointed out that they had just put new tires on it which we did not even notice. The price was firm and the salesman did take the time to show us why they wouldnt budge on the price because it was the lowest RDX within 100 miles when we did a cars.com search. Great experience, literally made buying enjoyable and comfortable and I thank them for it and will return again I am sure. More

I have less than 5,000 miles on it since purchased and this vehicle has complex problems , it leaks both transmission fluid , oil and radiator fluid , the check engine light keeps coming on and all they would do is reset it, while driving and applying the breaks the car vibrates and shakes. Now the car rough idles and will not continue running , I brought it to repair garage and have been told that there is a pewter grey substance in the oil and a knock in the engine and they claim the engine is shot and needs replacing. I called Charlie in good faith he supposedly spoke to the owner and after 4 months they are willing to do nothing. I asked to return the car as a downpayment and was told No. I feel ripped off as it now sits in my yard undriveable. I filed a complaint with consumer protection , the department of motor vehicle, a attorney as I'm prepairing a law suit and WFSB is going to do a consumer review. They used Westlake Financial to fund the loan and there reply is we have a contract and we have to pay so i'ts 200.00 a month and no vehicle for 20 months until the loan is paid off. This is the most unprofessional organization and I will do everything I can to get out from under this car. More
Buying a car and trading in a truck we had for 11 years was very difficult for me.After test driving and going over numbers I left Charlys office very disgruntled as they would not budge on the price. He gave me all the "lingo" about how they operate and there best price is the price advertised. I stormed out and went down to Dunkin Donuts and grabbed a coffee to cool off. I just couldnt beleive that a car dealer would not negotaite with me. Isn that the American way. I ended up emailing Charly the next day and he promptly replied and then called me later in the day and asked me to stop back in. When I came in he had printed out the book value as well as several other dealerships that had almost the exact same car for more money. He presented it to me in a nice Carfax emblem folder for me to take home. He told me to just take it and go thru it at home and then call him back. I did review everything and spoke to my wife about it and decided to purchase the Accord. The car still had factory warranty on it but as stated before first car purchase in 11 years and still a bit uneasy. I asked him if it would be ok to have Lia Honda in Enfield look it over and he said that would be no problem. I did so and they recommended a new battery as its peak load was weak, and the front brake pads were below 3MM. Charly had these two things taken care of right away and I have had the car for about a month now and no issues to mention. What started out to be a disaster turned out well for me and I would recommend calling Charly for your next car. More
I purchased my Passat back in October 2013 - however, just finding out that the spare tire was missing when I had to put it on after hitting a pot hole. I called up and spoke to Frank who was very apologetic and told me to have the car towed to the local Town Fair tire he would pay for the tow and he also ordered a new spare for me. I purchased a 2011 GMC Yukon Denali from Charlie at Shamrock Motors. I had been searching all over and really wanted a diamond white one but it had to have tan interior. I called up spoke to Charlie and checked it out after work. It was exactly as pictured online and I put a deposit down immediately. Charlie called me the next morning with a loan approval at 1.99% if I did direct deposit and I traded my old Tahoe in. So far so good and I am thrilled with my new Denali. More

1/10/14 We had a very positive experience and we got a good deal. They let us take the car to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. I will update this review in 90 days if we run into any car issues. 1/14/14 update, My mechanic did a followup inspection today to see if all of the work was done correctly, he found one of the items was not done. Shamrock is now working on fixing the item they over looked from the first inspection report. I will update when I get the car back and re-inspected a 3rd time. 1/16/14 update, Shamrock replaced the steering rack and fixed the stuck moonroof sun shade, so far no additional issues found. We are impressed with their post purchase quick response. NOTE: Ask for Charlie, he is professional, willing to please, even post sale he is very responsive. IMPORTANT pre-purchase note: No matter what dealer you buy from have your trusted mechanic check it out. My mechanic found safety issues and mechanical issues with 3 cars I looked at from 3 different dealers, saving me hundreds post sale. One car that I did not buy had $2000 in needed repairs. Every dealer said that they would be surprised if my mechanic found an issue. More
